Aspects of design such as shopping with our licensed interior designer at all of our vendor showrooms, custom construction walks with the cabinet company, trim carpenter, electrician, landscaper, laying out your driveways and sidewalks are scheduled for you through-out the entire design / build process.
Q: How long does it take to have my home ready to move in?
A: Typically one can expect an 11-month-time-frame for design, bidding, shopping, engineering, and construction of the home.
Q: What's included in the lot price?
A: Each homesite includes electric utilities at the property line, paved road access, low property taxes, and no HOA fees. Treed lots, partially treed lots, lots with pond access are all available. A private water well will be included in the build of the home resulting in NO water utility bills.
Q: Can I build a workshop or barn?
A: Absolutely. Most homesites can accommodate 20x30 workshops, 30x40 barns, or custom outbuildings or guest houses based on your needs.
