Q:  How long does the custom design process take?

A:  Our initial design phase for the home typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks.  Aspects of design such as shopping with our licensed interior designer at all of our vendor showrooms, custom construction walks with the cabinet company, trim carpenter, electrician, landscaper, laying out your driveways and sidewalks are scheduled for you through-out the entire design / build process.

Q:  How long does it take to have my home ready to move in?

A:  Typically one can expect an 11-month-time-frame for design, bidding, shopping, engineering, and construction of the home.

Q:  What's included in the lot price?

A:  Each homesite includes water and electric utilities at the property line, paved road access, low property taxes, and no HOA fees.  Treed lots, open lots, lots with pond access are all available.  For lots larger than 2 acres a private water well can be included with the construction of the home upon request.

Q:  Can I build a workshop or barn?

A:  Absolutely.  Most homesites can accommodate 20x30 workshops, 30x40 barns, or custom outbuildings or guest houses based on your needs.

Q:  What type of home can I build in the development?

Q:  How much will my home cost to build?

A:  We work with a wide variety of budgets on the construction of our homes.  All of our clients pay direct to consumer pricing on all materials and labor that goes into the construction of their home with NO BUILDER FEE MARK-UP on materials and labor.  This gives the client the ability to choose where they would like to spend money on their home, as well as, the ability to save money over traditional building practices.  Through efficiencies that are unique to our designs, we are able to help our clients realize significant savings on the construction of their homes.  As a result, we are able to work with each client to establish budget goals that focus on the needs of the client, responds to the goals of the architecture of the home, and helps maintain the lifestyle and long-term goals of the client.
